Position Overview
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll wear many hats—strategist, content creator, event planner, and lead generator. You’ll take charge of our marketing campaigns, communications with tenants and property owners, lead generation, and brand presence across both digital and local channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Manage Google Ads, SEO, social media, website updates, and online lead platforms.
- Content Creation: Design marketing materials, social posts, email campaigns, and branded documents.
- Events & Community: Organize and attend internal and external events, build local partnerships, and run seasonal campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Execute marketing outreach via emails, website exposure, and printed ads. Build and maintain marketing database.
- Brand Management: Oversee company branding across all materials, merchandise, signage, and campaigns.
- Communications: Handle communications, reminders, and updates to tenants, owners, and staff.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience (property management or real estate a plus)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
- Proficient in Canva and CRM/email marketing tools
- Strong writing, design, and organizational skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
