▼Job Description

・Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers (Account Management).
・Identify customer needs and propose suitable machinery, tools, and MRO supplies.
・Manage quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and coordinate with suppliers.
・Deliver products directly to customer sites using the company vehicle as needed.
・Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and coordinating with the engineering team/suppliers.
・Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to provide solutions.
・Prepare sales proposals and reports for the Management Team.
・Support the Engineering team and Administrative staff with daily operations (Team collaboration).
・Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
・Perform all other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

▼Requirements:

・Legally eligible to work in the United States.
・Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Crucial).
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
・Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
・Ability to work onsite 100% in Evansville, IN.
・High adaptability and "Team Player" mindset (Willing to help small team operations).
・Must be organized with good time management skills.
・Willingness to travel up to 50% (mainly day trips in IN, KY, TN, with occasional overnights).
