Required Certification: BLS AHA, CRCST, Covid, DL// 3+ Years of Sterile Processing Experience// 1+ Years of Supervisor/Leader Experience// Candidates must be local/close proximity to Lima, OH // Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty// Active Certification through Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)// Active American Heart Association BLS// All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set. Should a traveler refuse to float, Lima reserves the right to send traveler home without pay for the entire work week// Shift: 5x8 evening we do expect some flexibility surrounding start and stop times of this shift as this is a supervisory role.
