Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Denver, CO.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $75,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also ideally have experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software.
Responsibilities:
-Collecting and posting payments
-Monitoring a portfolio of accounts
-Running aging reports
-Providing excellent customer service
-Researching and resolving payment/billing discrepancies
-Initiating and tracking the lien filing process
-Assisting with month-end close processes
-Documenting all collection efforts and resolutions
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software
-Previous experience in the construction, manufacturing, and/or HVAC industries preferred
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $60,000 and $75,000
-Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus
