Job DescriptionStep into a Day on Our Fab Floor

You clock in, review a set of detailed blueprints, and select the right filler for the job. After prepping stainless, aluminum, or carbon steel, you dial in your TIG parameters and lay down clean, consistent beads. • Perform light grinding, finishing, and polishing to achieve final fit and finish
  • Maintain welding gear and ensure all tools are in proper working condition

  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to hit production targets
