Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Ads & Webinar Specialist to lead our online advertising and webinar initiatives. This role focuses on driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and promoting our financial services through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising
✔ Develop and execute ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
✔ Write compelling ad copy, create engaging visuals, and optimize landing pages.
✔ Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
✔ Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
✔ Track and report key performance metrics, including conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Webinar Management
✔ Plan and execute webinars to generate leads and educate prospects.
✔ Identify relevant topics, coordinate speakers, and create engaging content.
✔ Promote webinars through email, social media, and digital ads.
✔ Manage the full webinar process, from registration to post-event follow-up.
✔ Analyze engagement, attendance, and impact on lead generation.
General Marketing
✔ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
✔ Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
✔ Manage advertising and webinar budgets efficiently.
✔ Provide insights and reports to track campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
✅ 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or webinar/event marketing.
✅ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
✅ Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
✅ Creativity in developing engaging ad copy and content.
✅ Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising, and webinar platforms.
✅ Basic knowledge of financial products/services is a plus.
✅ Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
