Job Description Labeler/Filler | $19.00 per hour | 1st Shift What Matters Most · Competitive Pay of $19.00 per hour · Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM · Location: Medina, Ohio · Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability · Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card · When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Labeler/Filler, you will be responsible for preparing and labeling products according to process orders and production requirements. You will verify the correct packaging materials, print labels using SAP, and help maintain accurate inventory of labels, ribbons, pails, and cans. This position also requires forklift operation to move materials and support an efficient production workflow. You will help maintain a safe and organized work environment through equipment inspections and daily housekeeping. Responsibilities: · Read process orders and verify the correct packaging materials and labels are being used · Print and prepare labels using SAP according to production requirements · Track inventory of labels, ribbons, pails, cans, and other packaging materials and communicate low stock levels · Operate a forklift to safely move, stage, and organize materials throughout the work area · Inspect equipment for safe operation and complete daily housekeeping duties Qualifications and Requirements: · Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or labeling experience preferred · Forklift experience with the ability to safely operate material handling equipment · Basic computer skills; previous SAP experience is preferred · Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and accurately follow process orders and work instructions Benefits and Perks: · $19.00 per hour · Medical, dental and vision benefits · Holidays based on eligibility · Training and opportunities for career growth Your New Organization: Join an established manufacturing company in Medina, Ohio, that values safety, quality, teamwork, and efficiency. The base salary range for this position is $39,520–$39,520, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
