We are a property management company in Clearwater Florida.
We are seeking a part time with opportunity to move to full time Office Manager.
This position will require:
-Excellent organizational skills
-Flexibility working with various office systems and softwares
-Excellent customer service and client relations skills
-Experience in Property management and/or real estate
-Book keeping responsibilities including data entry, Quality assurance and Accounting
-Tracking team goals, standards, procedures and processes.
-Understanding or willingness to learn state statutes, processes, and procedures
