Our organization is in search of a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (OB) to become part of our primary care office in Jenison, Michigan.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Deliver comprehensive family medicine services, encompassing preventive care as well as the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Oversee prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care for patients.
  • Work in a modern, standalone primary care facility equipped with an onsite laboratory.
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with 4 to 4.5 days spent in the office.
  • Join a fully staffed team that includes 7 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers (APPs), 16 flow nurses, 9 triage nurses, a pharmacist, a behavioral health specialist, and a care manager.
  • Participate in a call rotation with other Family Medicine physicians in the network, which involves phone calls only.
  • Engage in teaching opportunities for residents, medical students, and fellows.

Qualifications:

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Experience in obstetrics is required.
  • Candidates must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with a commitment to achieving board certification within two years of eligibility.
  • A valid State of Michigan medical license is required upon employment.
  • Possession of a DEA license.
  • BLS certification is necessary, with maintenance of recertification.
