Hayden Island Cabinets is a custom cabinet manufacturer based in Portland, Oregon, serving clients and partners across US since 1976. We produce high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and built-in cabinetry, combining modern manufacturing capabilities with flexible custom solutions for homeowners, builders, designers, and dealers.
We are growing our sales presence in the Pacific Northwest and are looking for motivated B2B Outside Sales Representatives who can help us build strong relationships with contractors, designers, remodelers, builders, kitchen dealers, and retail partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, understands the construction, remodeling, or interior design market, and wants to develop long-term business relationships in the cabinet industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B accounts across Washington State
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, interior designers, kitchen dealers, and retail partners
- Visit customer locations, showrooms, offices, and job sites
- Present Hayden Island Cabinets’ product lines, samples, finishes, pricing, and company advantages
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow business with existing accounts
- Conduct product presentations and support customers with cabinet selection
- Follow up with prospects, leads, and existing customers
- Work closely with the internal team on quotes, orders, product questions, and customer support
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities
- Represent Hayden Island Cabinets professionally in the market
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, building materials, remodeling, construction, interior design, or kitchen cabinets is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen cabinets, remodeling, construction, or design is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable visiting customers in person and developing new business
- Ability to manage your own schedule and territory
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Oregon and Washington
Compensation
$50,000-$150,000+ per year
Competitive compensation package with strong commission opportunities. Successful sales representatives on our team regularly earn $100,000+ per year, with income based on performance, territory development, and account growth.
