- Position: Outreach Representative
- Location: Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas
- Hours: Monday-Friday,(8a-5p)
- In office, hybrid, travel
THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an Outreach Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.

Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions.

Represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies, campaigns, and presentations.

Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs.

Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population.

Partner closely with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication between PHS and external healthcare professionals.

Track and analyze market trends, referral data, and growth opportunities to help shape business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales, business development, or referral outreach experience.
Preferred:
-
5+ years of healthcare outreach, sales, or account management experience.

Background in pediatric home care, infusion, nutrition, or DME services.

Experience collaborating with hospitals, clinics, and case managers.

Knowledge of Brightree or similar CRM/EMR software.

Strong public speaking and group presentation skills.

Proven success in achieving or exceeding referral and sales growth goals.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategy.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high-quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
