Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, which is rapidly growing and offers excellent work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are looking for a full-time nurse practitioner to join our Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, PA. The annual salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents in the nursing center.
- Collaborate with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Work alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate care.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
