The Licensed Journeyman Electrician is a critical element for the company to have control and ownership of the electrical process surrounding our products; this role will be performing work that will require NPFA 70 certifications and Class 1 Div. 1 understanding. The primary attention of this role will be installation, termination, and connection of electrical components on our various manufactured products and secondary focus would be providing supplemental coverage for facility electrical repair, installation, and movement for equipment ranging from stationary tooling (brake press, plasma table) to mobile tooling (shop welding machines, etc.). This role will be expected to travel between the CO and WY facilities to perform work on product, as well as the facilities and other duties as assigned.
Certification Requirements for the Role
- Certified NFPA 70
- Journeyman Electrician License for State of Colorado (or within 60-90 days of hire)
- Journeyman Electrician License for State of Wyoming (or within 60-90days of hire)
- Add other certifications as required throughout the development of role
Requirements:
Expected Roles/Responsibilities
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems
- Ability to work from Wiring Diagrams, Blueprints, written or spoken instruction.
- Flexibility in regular work hours to meet expectations defined by Customer
- Perform Safety and Quality checks on work performed
- Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.

- Ability to perform work to Class 1 Div 1
- Execute on changing priorities and adjust to moving deadlines
- Identify schematic or systematic issues that could generate cost or time saving
- Be a Safety Champion for the organization, electrical safety ownership.
- Other Duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 100 pounds occasionally and heavier in team lift settings.
- Must be able to quickly and safely traverse manufacturing areas.
- Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat in order to maintain equipment
- Possess the manual dexterity to perform detail work at a regular interval.
