Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Alliance area to coordinate and schedule technicians for daily service calls and projects. This role is responsible for assigning work orders, managing schedules, monitoring technician availability, and ensuring timely and efficient job completion. The Dispatcher will serve as a key point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams, handling incoming calls, updating service tickets, and resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.
Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of Dispatch experience
- Must have 5+ years of experience Scheduling Technicians
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience with MS Navision a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
