As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products through a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred degrees:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with design thinking frameworks and their application in product development.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis tools to interpret user behavior metrics.
  • Certification in UX design or related disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch and other prototyping software.
  • Develop and refine interaction designs that prioritize user-centered principles and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical constraints.
  • Analyze user feedback and usability test results to continuously refine and improve the overall user experience.
