Location: Linglestown Road, Harrisburg PA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20–$25 per hourJob Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our funeral home team. This role includes answering phones, filing death certificate paperwork, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
  • Prepare, file, and track death certificate paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain organized office files and records.
  • Assist funeral directors and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a sensitive work environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
  • Located on Linglestown Road.
