Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage project pursuits from RFP through buyout and turnover</li>
<li>Coordinate with estimating, operations, and marketing on proposals and deliverables</li>
<li>Review drawings and documents for constructability and accuracy</li>
<li>Develop cost models, preliminary schedules, and risk assessments</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality submissions</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred</li>
<li>5+ years in construction with experience in preconstruction and estimating</li>
<li>Proficiency with estimating systems and scheduling tools</li>
<li>Strong communicator with proven coordination and leadership skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex pursuits</li>
