Salary: $41,600 to $43,680
40 hours/52 weeks annually 8:00 am 4:30 pm (schedule may vary)

- Be the Ultimate Advocate: Ensure every child in the foster care system has a powerful voice and a fighting chance.
- Lead with Purpose: Recruit, train, and support a team of volunteers, helping them connect with the life-changing importance of their work.
- Bridge the Gap: Build trust and navigate complex systemsincluding courts, partner agencies, and familiesalways keeping the child at the center.
- Empower the Mission: Provide volunteers with the tools, guidance, and mentorship they need to advocate fiercely and effectively.
- Change a Life Path: Drive a program where making a difference is a daily reality, ensuring no child has to navigate the system alone.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, social work, or child advocacy
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the foster care system, courts, and community resources preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
