Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assignment Type: 8-Week Contract
Location: Portland, Maine

RPh on the Go is currently hiring a reliable and experienced Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, 8-week contract assignment at a Long Term Care facility in Portland. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in a dynamic and patient-centered pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and package medications for long term care patients
Accurately enter prescription data into the pharmacy system
Manage inventory and restock medications as needed
Work closely with pharmacists and staff to ensure timely delivery of medications
Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations

Schedule:
Thursday Monday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, or 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (flexibility required)

Qualifications:

Active Maine Pharmacy Technician license
Recent pharmacy experience (LTC experience preferred)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
