Location: North Clairemont, San Diego, CA
Pay: starting at $22 per hour + potential bonuses

We are a brand-new, modern pediatric dental and orthodontic practice in North Clairemont, San Diego, focused on delivering a fun, friendly, and patient-centered experience. As a start-up office, we offer a unique opportunity for the right dental assistant to grow with us and help shape our practice from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Assist with pediatric and orthodontic dental procedures

Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos

Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized operatories

Create a warm, welcoming environment for young patients and families

Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment instructions

Help with scheduling, charting, and front desk tasks as needed

Represent our office at local community and marketing events
Qualifications:

Dental Assistant certification and current X-ray license (required)

Excellent communication and people skills

Friendly, outgoing, people-person that enjoys working with kids

Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing start-up environment

Experience in pediatric or orthodontic settings is a plus, but not required

Comfortable with digital dental technology and charting software
