Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for hospital-based inpatient and outpatient care, with AHA BLS and WI PT license required.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Position is based in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, with approximately 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient caseload
- Workdays are 8-hour shifts (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) or flexible 4x10-hour shifts; flexibility required on days worked
- Float to all care locations within the system as needed
- Weekend, on-call, and holiday rotations are required, with one weekday and every other weekend on-call (45-minute response time)
- Both new graduates and experienced therapists are eligible for consideration
- Candidates who were recently staff at a facility within 50 miles of the corporate center are not eligible
- Social and adaptable candidates who manage change well are encouraged to apply
- No specific scrub color requirement is set
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role

- Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- AHA BLS certification is required
- 2+ years of experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
- EPIC charting experience is preferred
- Candidates must demonstrate resilience, strong work ethic, and adaptability
