Full Time Hospital Interim Pharmacist - Sacramento, CA

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated, experienced Interim Pharmacist for a 50-bed rehab hospital in Sacramento, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a critical role in a well-established facility with a supportive team. As the Interim Pharmacist in this setting, you will be responsible for managing the daily pharmacy operations and ensuring top-tier medication management for patients.

About the Position:

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shifts
• Contract Duration: Immediate start, 13 weeks (with potential for contract-to-hire)
• Pharmacy Team: 1 pharmacist + 1 pharmacy technician

As the Pharmacist in charge, you will oversee the operations of the pharmacy, including reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications, and providing clinical advice to healthcare providers. You will also collaborate with a talented pharmacy technician and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist License
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong munication skills
