Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with precision
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
