About Our Client
Addison Group is hiring a full cycle Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a stable and growing packaging organization. This role supports day-to-day customer interactions, order processing, pricing, and shipment coordination within a collaborative onsite environment.
Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The role is largely email-based with limited daily phone communication and works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Customer Service
- Entering customer orders in SAP and Salesforce
- Continued communication with customers over phone and email
- Provide pricing, quotes, PO's, checking available inventory in SAP
- Handling customer returns, track and trace orders
- Following up on order statuses for customers
- Updating customers regarding their orders and delivery status
- Working in SAP and Salesforce and within Excel - updating order spreadsheets
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer service role supporting physical products
- Packaging industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with CRM systems; ERP exposure such as SAP is a plus
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Schaumburg
