- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
- Float Requirement: As needed within clinical skillset\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,330 - $2,500 per week\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – South Dakota or compact state\n
- BLS certification required\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
- Strong perioperative nursing and clinical support skills\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n
\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients in the Urology OR\n
- Prepare the operating room and surgical equipment for procedures\n
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operations\n
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes\n
- Float to other clinical units as required based on skillset\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures\n
