Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties and welcome visitors
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Coordinate both internal and external scheduling
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry and document filing tasks

- Support customers and resolve inquiries promptly
- Maintain office supply levels and reorder as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in office administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
