We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about people operations.
Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)

Coordinate in conjunction with the HR Director, projects, meetings, and training seminars

Support the onboarding process
-
Address employee queries about HR-related issues and report to back to HR Director

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data
-
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures

Help organize and maintain HR digital and paper files
- Other duties as role evolves
Requirements
-
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role

Understanding of HR functions

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with recruiting or onboarding

General knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
