Job Description
Candidates will be working on the production line, where each line consists of several different machines. Roles include grinder operator, formax operator, multi-vac operator, stand-up forklift/electric pallet jack operator, blender operators, and packaging operators. Candidates will be responsible for the setup and troubleshooting of the machines. Cross-training on all machines will be provided eventually.
Responsibilities
- Operate various machines on the production line including grinders, formax, multi-vac, forklifts, blenders, and packaging machines.
- Set up and troubleshoot machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to GMP standards.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of machine operating experience.
- 1 year of troubleshooting experience.
- 1 year of hand and power tool experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with mixing/blending.
- Experience with food grinding.
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience.

Candidates can expect to work Monday through Saturday with optional Sundays, earning double time for Sunday hours. With the overtime offered, candidates have the potential to make upwards of $80,000.
Work Environment
The work environment adheres to GMP standards as various beef products are produced. Candidates will work in a cooler/freezer environment with temperatures between 30-35 degrees
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43680.00/yr.
