You’ll join the Pharmaceutical & Analytical Development department, where your work supports R&D, quality control, environmental safety, and regulatory compliance. How You Will Make An Impact

  • Optimize laboratory procedures to produce reliable, reproducible, and critical results.
  • Handle sensitive equipment, prepare, label, and analyze samples (solid, liquid, gaseous or biological); report findings with accuracy.
  • Design and conduct tests and experiments following standard operating procedures; observe, interpret, and record results.
  • Maintain strict safety standards for handling chemicals, fluids, gases; keep the lab organized, clean, and compliant with all safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and assist in upkeep, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
  • Ensure accurate data logging—both paper and electronic—and assist in preparing reports.

Are You a Laboratory Services ‑ Associate‑C Rock Star?

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field—or have equivalent work experience.
  • Have 0‑5 years of experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or a related role—ideally in regulated industries.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; able to carry out precise measurements and interpret data.
  • Are familiar (or willing to become familiar) with quality management systems and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO, FDA).
  • Work well both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally; produce well‑organized documentation and reports.
  • Are highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean & orderly lab environment.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and have comfort using other software tools for data recording and analysis.
