Job Title: Design & Manufacturing Engineer
Location: West Fargo, North Dakota
Full-Time - Permanent - Onsite

About the Role
We are seeking a Design & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing new products, updating existing products, and developing the manufacturing processes required to produce them. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new product development using 3D modeling software and produce related assemblies and drawings.

  • Maintain and update 3D models, drawings, and bills of materials for existing products.

  • Manage product revision control and documentation.

  • Design products with manufacturability and efficiency in mind.

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisor to create ergonomic, efficient, and safe workstations and processes.

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and productivity standards.

  • Assist in product testing and support sales staff with customer-focused solutions.

  • Uphold safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent work experience).

  • 2+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment/products is a plus, but not required.

  • Proficiency with 3D modeling software, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
