We are seeking a Spine & Pain Nurse Navigator who will serve as a reliable guide for patients during their spine and pain treatment journey. This role goes beyond mere care coordination; it focuses on fostering relationships, delivering education, and advocating for patients to guarantee they receive individualized and seamless treatment.

Position Information:

Nurse Navigator – Clinics South - Spine & Pain
Location: Southfork, 12700 Southfork Rd, Saint Louis, Missouri 63128
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Day Shift

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary resource for patients from beginning to end, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.

  • Eliminate obstacles by linking patients with appropriate services and specialists.

  • Guarantee timely, safe, and effective care while ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

  • Educate and empower patients to make informed choices regarding their treatment options.

  • Treat every patient and their families with dignity, compassion, and respect.

What We Seek:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with pertinent clinical experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a dynamic, engaging demeanor.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various disciplines.

  • A strong commitment to patient advocacy and education.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
Preferred Experience: 3 years in Spine/Pain management.
Required Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of practice.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) must be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer.
Preferred Certification: Pain Management Nurse Certification.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency in biopsychosocial assessments, time management, and resource utilization to meet patient needs.
Preferred Attributes: Public speaking abilities, quick comprehension and integration of new information, and experience with evidence-based best practices and protocol development/improvement.
