Coordinator I – Prior Auth & Appeals (Healthcare Data Entry)
Position Type: Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (Between 8 AM – 8 PM CT)
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT (2 Weeks)
Start Date: October 26, 2025
Pay: $16.00
Role Overview
We are seeking 20 Coordinators (anticipating 30 offers to account for attrition) to perform non-clinical activities in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards (ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific requirements). This role requires strong data entry skills, healthcare experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities

Review, enter, and maintain healthcare data accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific regulations.

Work closely with the Clinical Supervisor and team to meet business objectives.

Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
-
6 months–1 year of data entry experience.

At least 1 year in the healthcare industry (e.g., hospital, managed care, PBM, physician office).

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (screenshot of assessment required).

Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

Typing speed of 30+ WPM (screenshot of typing test required).

Work Environment:

Private home office with a door, free from distractions.

Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) – internet speed test screenshot required.
