Job Summary We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! We are a seasonal company and this role would be yearly from March thru November.
As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, collecting money, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. This is a full-time position. 401K and matching after first year of work.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, set up estimates, and file paperwork
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate place
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Able to handle a high volume of calls/requests per day
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
