Description:

Customer relations specialists are analysts who constantly examine and monitor a firm's practices with existing customers, helping ensure that retention levels are as high as possible. They also analyze data to find ways to attract new customers, as well as assist in the rollout of such measures.

Job Description:

· Receives, processes, and fulfills member service requests for life and health insurance policies through various member contact channels.

· Applies foundational member servicing techniques.

· Asks questions to discover key information and life events in order to understand the member need, and documents relevant information.

· Recognizes member verbal cues and potential opportunities to meet the member’s need through a product or service.

· Encourages member to take action to address needs and opportunities.

· Supports enterprise business goals through the achievement of quality and member

Requirements:

· Contact/call center experience

· Strong customer service with good tenure

· Life/health experience preferred

· Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8AM and 6PM

Minimum Education:

· High School Diploma

· General Equivalency Diploma
