Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is open for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 educational setting in Bangor, ME. This itinerant role serves two school sites, primarily supporting middle and high school students with speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 students across grades K-12, with an emphasis on middle and high school levels.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication development.
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in relevant meetings and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably at the middle and high school levels.
  • Ability to manage a caseload with initiative and organization.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Itinerant role covering two school sites within the Bangor, ME area.
