The DNA Group is seeking a Trainer Coordinator (Senior) to support our client on their project. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for the Integrated Eligibility system supporting Medical, SNAP, and Cash programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and Organizational Change Management teams to ensure effective training delivery, support frontline staff, and maintain high-quality training materials and schedules.


Overview Requirements:

• Analyze, design, develop, and test training materials for system releases and continuous improvements
• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training sessions for frontline staff and supervisors
• Develop and maintain training schedules, materials, and documentation
• Conduct post-training assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness
• Identify training gaps and support needs; assist in creating support tickets when needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align training with system updates and business needs
• Mentor junior trainers on best practices for adult learning and training delivery
• Support users with system functionality and troubleshooting
• Ensure training materials align with system updates, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate training efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation support
• Maintain compliance with District standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience designing and delivering training programs in IT or system environments
• Strong knowledge of training methods, instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Attention to detail and ability to assess and analyze training effectiveness
• Proficiency with word processing and presentation tools


Required Experience:

• Training coordination, instructional delivery, and stakeholder engagement: 7 years (Required)

• Public speaking, communication, and problem-solving: 7 years (Required)

• Word processing and presentation software (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint): 10 years (Required)

• Training methods, instructional design, and adult learning techniques: 5 years (Required)

• Organizational leadership and interpersonal skills: 5 years (Required)

• Learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms: 5 years (Required)

• Data analysis, reporting, and managing multiple assignments: 10 years (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience): Required

• Qualification for Senior-level STaR2 Labor Category: Required
