Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification with ASD endorsement (emergency or temporary licenses will not be considered)
- Experience working with students with autism, across a range of behavioral and cognitive strengths
- Familiarity with developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and administrators
- Ability to create supportive, structured classroom environments for diverse learners
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support for students within the autism program
- Develop, monitor, and adjust IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Implement classroom management strategies tailored for students exhibiting mild to severe behaviors
- Foster a safe, nurturing atmosphere that promotes academic and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate records and proactive communication with all stakeholders
