Recruiting Supervisor
Location: York County, PA (100% onsite + local travel)
Compensation: Up to $56,000 + OT
Overview
Stable, family-oriented organization seeking a Recruiting Supervisor to lead a small team while supporting high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, player/coach role with a mix of leadership and full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide a small recruiting team; provide day-to-day direction and support
- Execute full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination)
- Partner with operational leadership to address hiring needs and challenges
- Lead job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts
- Develop sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
- Track recruiting activity, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance
- Review background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding files
- Maintain recruiting metrics, reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Support process improvements and consistent candidate experience
- Travel locally between sites (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume or hourly preferred)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (can be non-recruiting)
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Strong communication skills working with field/operations teams
- Comfortable in a fully onsite, fast-paced environment
- Organized, able to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
