We're Hiring!

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance & CFO to serve as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team and strategic partner to the President/CEO and Board of Directors. This role leads the organization's financial operations, ensuring long-term financial health, compliance, and sustainability while overseeing our Accounting, Payroll, and Medical Billing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle/medical billing.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational goals and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to the President/CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee medical billing operations, including coding accuracy, claims submission, denial management, and payer compliance.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Accounting and Medical Billing team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and other financial partners.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Preferred: MBA and Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience:

• Required: 5–7 years of leadership experience in accounting or finance. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership. Knowledge of accounting systems software.
• Preferred: 7+ years of accounting and finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership. Experience in nonprofit and for-profit environments. Knowledge of OMB and nonprofit regulatory requirements. Knowledge of SAGE Intacct and HR Information Systems (HRIS) software.

• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with reliable personal vehicle. Maintain required auto insurance and acceptable driving record requirements.
