Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare role is available for an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist in a tertiary hospital setting based in Marion, SC. This contract position offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 5 eight-hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The daily caseload averages four cases per technologist, with requirements for on-call duties shared in rotation among three techs, including every third weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include performing general IR procedures with a preference for experience in neuro IR cases. The technologist will work independently within the scope of IR services and will not be required to float between units or sister facilities. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides OR scrubs at no cost. Parking is free, and candidates should be prepared to respond to emergency situations during hurricane season.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an IR Technologist
• Certification requirements include BLS, ARRT (R), and SCQRS
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency, as the facility does not supply badges
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and weekend shifts as specified
• Comfort working in a tertiary hospital environment with a moderate caseload of IR procedures
• Flexibility for potential block scheduling, subject to management approval
