Compensation & Details

  • Location: Watchung, NJ
  • Position Type: Temp to Hire
  • Base Salary: $22-$25/hr
  • Performance Bonus: $25 per closed deal
  • Total Earning Potential: $72,000+ per year

PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join a premier automotive brokerage group in Watchung, NJ. This role is designed to support the sales team immediately after a vehicle has been sold, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-quality experience for both clients and dealer partners.


The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining communication, managing complex follow-up tasks, and coordinating logistics from the moment of sale through vehicle delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Post-Sale Coordination: Assist the sales team by contacting clients post-sale to confirm details, provide insurance updates, and guide them through next steps using established scripts.
  • Dealer Relations: Provide timely communication with partner dealerships to track paperwork, vehicle availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Account Management: Manage and develop existing accounts through effective strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • CRM Discipline: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and critical follow-up tasks.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services during customer interactions.
  • Client Advocacy: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
