Enterprise Sales / Business Development Representative role available


Location: Hybrid (Salt Lake City, Utah based territory)

About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales / Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities while building and managing your own book of business.

This is not a “one-and-done” sales role. The expectation is that you win accounts and grow them—creating repeat business, expanding relationships, and becoming a trusted partner to your clients.

Success in this role means you can both open the door and stay in the room.


What You’ll Do

  • Break into net-new enterprise accounts through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and close
  • Build, manage, and grow a book of business, driving both initial wins and long-term revenue expansion
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat and continuous business
  • Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers, navigating complex buying environments
  • Apply structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC) to qualify and advance opportunities
  • Consistently overcome objections and push deals forward with persistence and professionalism
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships and expand within existing clients
  • Partner internally to ensure successful delivery and a high-quality client experience


What You Bring

  • Proven track record of enterprise sales success, with a strong hunter mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and grow them over time
  • Experience managing and expanding a book of business, not just closing one-time deals
  • Clear history of grit, resilience, and overcoming objections in complex sales cycles
  • Strong relationship management skills—you know how to earn trust and keep it
  • Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies such as MEDDICC (or similar)
  • Ability to balance new business development with account growth and retention
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
