We are looking for a full time Construction Administration Project Manager

Responsibilities include:

Attend project meetings with Owners, Architects, and Contractors.

Conduct project site visits and provide documentation (punch list, site visit reports, as-built coordination, close-out documents, etc.).

Verifying conformance to contract documents and applicable standards.

Review and interpret plans, specifications, civil/architectural drawings and blueprints for accuracy and completeness.

Review and process project shop drawings.

Review and process project RFIs, ASIs, Pay Applications, and other project related forms.

Travel to construction sites is an essential function of this position. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Building Construction industry preferred.
