Job DescriptionWe are seeking a CNC Operator and Light Assembly Machinist to join our team on our weekday shift.&nbsp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Light Assembly - Helicoil and Pin Installation with and without primer, Ink Stamping&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manual deburr work on parts including sanding when necessary&nbsp;</li>
<li>Load and unload equipment and materials</li>
<li>Provide innovative solutions to improve shop efficiency</li>
<li>Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the shop floor</li>
<li>Log and record readings for machined parts</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in shop operations or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with machine shop and quality lab tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
