With a diverse fleet and a strong reputation in private and charter operations, we are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Chief Inspector to join our team at our Centennial, Colorado headquarters.


Position Summary:
The Chief Inspector is responsible for overseeing all inspection and quality control activities to ensure aircraft airworthiness and regulatory compliance under Part 135 and Part 91 operations. This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at our
Centennial facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inspection, quality assurance, and records management functions for all aircraft operated by the company.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Develop, maintain, and revise the inspection procedures manual in accordance with FAR Part 135 requirements.
  • Manage and supervise inspection personnel and ensure proper training and qualification standards are met.
  • Review and approve maintenance records, work orders, and logbook entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with the FAA, vendors, and repair stations as needed.
  • Conduct internal audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure continuous compliance and operational safety.
  • Support the Director of Maintenance and coordinate closely with the Chief Pilot and operational leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate – required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of aviation maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a Part 135 operation – required.
  • Prior experience in an inspection or quality control role, with deep familiarity with FAA Part 135 regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance tracking systems, logbook documentation, and audit procedures.
  • High attention to detail, strong leadership qualities, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work full-time on-site at our offices in Centennial, CO.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Chief Inspector or Assistant Chief Inspector.
  • Experience with multiple aircraft types (jets, turboprops, and light aircraft).
  • Familiarity with SMS and QA/QC systems.
