Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Operators to join our team, focusing on assembly work to create parts for the automotive industry. You will be working with parts that are typically the size of a hand or smaller for well-known customers such as Tesla, GM, and Ford. The role involves light manufacturing and machine operating work, including loading parts, monitoring their progress, and performing visual inspections. Candidates are expected to read and document findings accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly work to create automotive parts.
- Engage in light manufacturing and machine operation tasks.
- Conduct visual inspections and document findings.
- Read and interpret work instructions accurately.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Participate in cross-training for molding and assembly.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, packing, mechanical assembly, and inspection.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and performing machine operations.
- Ability to follow work instructions and document findings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in light manufacturing or production.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment
Our facility operates three shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Employees enjoy a 20-minute paid lunch and a 10-minute paid break. The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and follows a dress code of closed-toe shoes, jeans, and a plain shirt or sweatshirt without profanity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
