Payroll Timekeeping Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid, 3/2)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Timekeeping Analyst with expertise in ADP systems. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and timekeeping management for an upcoming migration.
Position Overview: The Payroll Timekeeping Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing payroll and timekeeping data using ADP eTime/WFN systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, timekeeping, and experience with ADP timekeeping platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee timekeeping records, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.

Review and verify timekeeping data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, highlighting key metrics and any issues that need attention.

Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and timekeeping data.

Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Provide support and training to employees on timekeeping and payroll processes, ensuring they understand and comply with company policies.

Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and timekeeping, with a strong emphasis on ADP systems (eTime or WFN).

In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP payroll software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
