Jeweler/Watch Technician must have excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude, be reliable, trustworthy, and Experience is required. Flexible to cover Mall Hours, Work Weekends.
Job Details:
- Greeting customers when they walk through the door
- Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
- Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in jewelry and/or watch retail sales required.
- Willingness to learn basic sales and processing of orders (training will be provided)
- Focus on greeting customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong willingness to learn
- Organized and strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, and weekends required.
