• Arrange detailed travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, in collaboration with travel agencies.
• Manage daily office operations, including inventory control, guest reception, and communication management.
• Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to create and organize materials for meetings.
• Safeguard sensitive information and uphold confidentiality across separate business entities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to team members as needed.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on additional tasks to support the team effectively.
• Proven experience in managing executive-level calendars and appointments.
• Strong background in coordinating travel arrangements, including both domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency in overseeing administrative office tasks and operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
