Office Admin Assistant - On site


Summary

As Optibelt’s Office Admin Assistant, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, organized and excellent time management skills. Attention to detail and high quality of work is expected from you. You will be supporting the Management team with some administrative duties that includes and not limited to collaborating with different department and from time to time with some customers.

The reason why the role exists

You are the support of the Management team, ensuring that our customers information's are up to date! You are expected to be knowledgeable about MS Word and have good Excel skills. Ethical and with a strong value of respect for others.


Areas in which you must produce results

Your primary responsibilities are:

  • Filing and maintaining an organized working environment
  • Provide invoice copies on request, maintain records, invoices, etc.
  • Mainly supporting the management team
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Responds promptly to management needs
  • Executing the clerical service functions
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team

Metrics/KPIs

  • Promptness and accurate entering of information into the System (i.e. CRM)
  • Adherence to reporting timeline, meeting deadline and accountability

Annual Salary:

$18.50 - $21-hour DOE

Requirements

  • Must have a proof HS Diploma/GED
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Works well in a group, and contributes to the team’s performance
  • Can multi-task through various platforms
  • MUST have good computer Skills (MS Office, Teams)
  • Speaks clearly in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
  • Works with integrity and ethically
